SECONDARY PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO PROJECTS REQUESTING LESS THAN THE MAXIMUM COST PER UNIT FOR CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT
Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) is pleased to announce the release of a Revised Expression of Interest – January 13, 2014 for the acquisition, new construction and/or rehabilitation of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH). DMH is seeking eligible developers/borrowers, as defined in the MHSA Housing Program guidelines, to develop permanent, affordable rental-housing units, including shared housing, with supportive services for individuals with a mental illness and/or their families. The MHSA Housing Program provides funding for the development of PSH for individuals with serious mental illness who are homeless.
