The speaker for this meeting will be from Mental Health Advocacy Services a nonprofit organization protecting and advancing the legal rights of people with mental disabilities obtaining government benefits and services such as SSI, housing, mental health parity and others. The speaker will tell us about their services and provide a special report on their involvement in the study “Failing Grade:How California’s School Districts Have Abandoned Children with Disabilities”
