for the parents and loved ones of persons with disabilities.

            • Monday, July 18, 2022
            • 7:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
            • Location Virtual

In this presentation, Proxy Parent Foundation discusses its services, special needs trusts, and the importance of planning for the care of your loved one. Bruce Levitt is currently the Managing Director of Proxy Parent Foundation and before that was its Director of Social Services. Proxy Parent Foundation was founded several years ago by NAMI families to address the issue of how to care for a loved one when you are no longer able or have passed away. Bruce Levitt will share information about its business model, how it works, and what services are provided. This presentation is part of our series on how to provide financial and services support.

The meeting will be virtual. Please contact Nami South Bay President, Paul Stansbury (pstans5@aol.com) for remote access information.
